Description: This is a vintage white border postcard, unposted and featuring a view of US Field Artillery Barracks at Camp Devens in Ayer, Massachusetts. Established in 1917 as a training center for soldiers. It was renamed Fort Devens in 1931. The base closed in 1996, but was reactivated in 2007 as an Army Reserve base. Note that postcard has a vertical crease in center of card. Postcard may have normal wear associated with old postcards such as creases and bent corners. See pics for details and conditions.
