PCGS note graded 66 Premium Paper Quality Gem New. PMG Population Report states that there is no note graded higher! Beautifully designed note with much charm and character! Extremely crisp cream paper with evident embossing is clearly seen through the third party holder! Nearly perfect margins! Deep, strong colors throughout both sides and the serial number located on the front of the note in black color. Dark blue and brown-olive on multicolor underprint.
