It can record directly to DVD+RW and CD-R/RW media, with a USB 2.0 connection allowing it to function as a DVD data drive when connected to a PC. The device features balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA inputs and outputs, along with AES/EBU digital interfaces and SDIF-3 for DSD audio. It includes built-in 3-band EQ and multiband compression/limiting for mixdown, making it suitable for studio mixdown, live recording, and archival purposes.
