Description: . Combined-Shipping Note: I will charge a reduced combined-ship price when possible, but keep in mind that comics cannot be sent by the post office's super-cheap Media Mail rate. Any package of comics that weighs more than a pound must go by Priority Mail. The good news is that I can fit up to 16 comics in a $8.99 Flat Rate Priority Envelope (with cardboard surrounding the books to protect them), or up to SIXTY comics in a Medium Flat Rate Priority Box for $18.00, to any US address. International shipping will be higher, and only through eBay's Global Shipping Program. (They set the price for that, not me -- I only get exactly what a US bidder would pay, and eBay gets the rest.) ---------- Photos above always show the actual items that you will get, because I never use "stock photos." Please excuse any reflections or focus issues. Having all of my comics professionally graded by CGC would cost a fortune and take forever, so I only have gotten my most valuable books graded. I have been collecting comics for more than 40 years -- buying most of them when they were brand new, reading them once and then putting them in bags. My grading scale is Near Mint (looks like it was just bought and nearly perfect; I rarely use this grade, even if a book looks like it deserves it), Very Fine (almost Near Mint, but just misses), Fine (misses by a little more), Very Good (shows evidence of handling and has notable flaws but none are disastrously awful), Good (more flawed, still a solid book for reading but that's about it), Fair (big problems) and Poor (horrible condition, trash it after reading it). Here is what you will get in this auction: This auction is for six Marvel comics. Details: ICONS CHAMBER issue 1, October 2002, in FINE condition (some extremely minor impressions on cover). This was a four-issue series written by the great Brian K. Vaughan of SAGA fame, with art by Lee Ferguson and Norm Rapmund, starring Chamber of the X-Men spinoff group Generation X. ICONS CHAMBER issue 2, November 2002, in FINE condition (some stress indents at spine, and a small "bump" at top right back corner; also, note that this issue was printed with a smooth vertical ridge near the spine on the front). ASTONISHING SPIDER-MAN & WOLVERINE issue 1, July 2010, in FINE condition (some "rubbing" on cover that's visible when you turn the comic back and forth under a light). This was a six-issue series written by the great Jason Aaron, with art by Adam Kubert. ASTONISHING SPIDER-MAN & WOLVERINE issue 2, August 2010, in FINE cnditoin (some rubbing visible in white area at top of cover). MUTIES issue 2, May 2002, FINE condition (stress indents at spine). MUTIES issue 3, June 2002, FINE (stress indents at spine), Dean Haspiel art. You'll love them! Any questions, just ask! ----------Shipping---------- Comics will be bagged together, not individually bagged and boarded. Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope shipping with cardboard surrounding the books to any US address will be $8.99, which includes tracking and insurance. (Unfortunately, comics cannot legally be shipped by the post office's cheaper Media Mail rate.) International shipping will be more, and only through eBay's Global Shipping Program. Note that I can fit up to 16 comics into the Flat Rate Priority Mail Envelope (with cardboard surrounding the books), so feel free to fill it up! Or if you really want to go on a buying spree, I can fit up to 60 comics in a Flat Rate Medium Box for $18.00 to any US address. Go nuts!
