Description: For the Baseball Hobbyist... 1977 Jim Rowe Exhibit-style ~ Postcard size Philadelphia Athletics Robert "Lefty" Grove ~ Al Simmons ~ Mickey Cochrane ~ Eddie Collins ~ 4 Hall of Fame greats In 1977, longtime baseball hobbyist JIM ROWE produced this card in the style of the Exhibit Supply Company's 4-on-1 exhibit cards of 1934-1938. Mr. Rowe, who supplied photos to both player and collector alike for more than 30 years, selected only Hall of Famers from the featured team. (The players pictured are in the sub-headline above.) This card measures 3-1/4" by 5-1/2", is on solid yellow cardboard and its back is blank. It is a great addition to one's collection of a favorite team, player or as a type card.
