Laminated Magnetic Christmas Gingerbread Men 47 Piece Alphabet & Number Set

Description: This laminated set of magnetized 47 gingerbread men is adorable! It is in excellent condition! Some have a couple of wrinkles in them, but other than that, they are in great shape! I used this set, in my kindergarten classroom during the month of December. My students absolutely loved it! This set is clean and comes from a smoke free home. The set consists of 47 gingerbread men that I laminated from a notepad. They are 8" tall and 4.75" wide from end of arm to end of arm. These figures are light brown, with dark brown outlining, red eyes, nose and mouth, and pink heart cheeks. I put pieces of adhesive magnetic strip on the back of each gingerbread man. Twenty six have white, 1", adhesive, capital letters, A-Z, on the front. The other 21 have black, 2", adhesive numbers, 0-20, on the front. I had purchased a bunch of cheap cookie sheets from the Dollar Store, so during centers, I had my kindergarten students put the gingerbread men in alphabetical and numerical order on the cookie sheets. We also used the gingerbread men for other activities, such as finding a number that went before, after, or in between in a sequence of 3 numbers, choosing the number that was one more or less than a given number, choosing which of 2 numbers was more or less, etc. We also used the letters for matching up a given lower-case letter with its capital, and given objects/words with beginning/ending sounds. So, we got a lot of use out of these gingerbread men sets during the month of December. This set would make a wonderful addition to a preschool or kindergarten classroom! It would also be nice to have in a household with young children! Kids love gingerbread men and magnetic things, so put them together and you have a win-win situation! I am hoping to find these guys a good home.
