It is in excellent condition although it does show a small scratch in the finish on the back of the body (see picture). Otherwise, this guitar is very clean and shows no dings, dents, scratches, or any obvious playwear. This guitar has been professionally set up and plays great! The neck is straight, the action is low and comfortable, and the frets are in excellent condition.
