In most cases we find that customers return their tech purchases due to buyer's remorse. They have been reset to its original factory settings and are in Grade B condition. Product will show signs of use, with potential scratches and scrap. Any damage to the device did not affect performance on out testing. Product will include power cord or power adapter (not always OEM) and will turn on when charged. Product screen is in Good condition. May be missing owner's manual. Will come with original box. In the event that an Item is malfunctioning upon receiving, or has an issue that pops up shortly after, we allow returns of the product up to 30 days from delivery conformation.
