The unit is in great condition and the remote is in good condition. The unit works as it should. The Dirac software was never installed on the unit and we believe can be purchased from Emotiva, but please do check with them if you want Dirac. The unit is 1080P based but we do believe it can be upgraded to 4K also through Emotiva.
