Spotting overall that we did not spot treat or soak. Seam pop on one sleeve cuff, see pic. Cheesecloth like muslin lining on front internal bodice, see pic. Once had hooks and loops on back closure, now the top of the neck has a hook and loop, and there is one hook left at the lower back, but no other loops remain. See pics. Some rust type stains, small spots noted. Factory/machine sewn. For example, a 4 inch flat measured waist is approximately 8 inches around the entire garment, so a doll of no bigger than an 8 inch waist could wear that item.
