Description: This clam shell was in coral at 20ft Ligid Island, Davao, Philippines. It was part of the Pete Krull Collection and was purchase on Ebay over 5 years ago by me. Both valves are present, but are glued together either naturally or by the previous owner. There is what appears to be glue residue between two spikes (shown in photo #5) and on the base from an inventory label. There are some small spires missing, so please look at all the photos before purchasing. This shell is not graded and is being sold "as is". It is a beautiful example of this species of clam shell.
