Description: This Apple MacBook Pro is an early 2015 (12,1) with a 13-inch screen, powered by an Intel Core i5 5th Gen processor running at 2.70 GHz and an Intel Iris Graphics 6100 GPU. It's in great physical condition, with a great keyboard and screen, and just a few scratches and blemishes here and there ( most notably a small nick on the top back edge. It has a brand new 3rd party battery, with just 6 cycles. Unfortunately, it has an issue where it occasionally shuts down and reboots for no apparent reason. This always or nearly always to happen when the laptop is using battery power, it seems to work pretty much as normal when plugged in. It seems as if is a battery/power issue, as sometimes the laptop will go into power save mode and show the icon to be plugged into a charger, but this sometimes happens even when the battery has a good charge left. We replaced the old battery a few weeks ago, thinking it was a battery issue, but it still exhibits the issue sometimes. The battery does show as operating normally, with just 6 cycles. For this reason it is being sold 'as is'.
