These were released in August of 1939 and were valid for use until the end of 1940. This limited time period of use was an effort to get them out in the public where they would be seen. Each stamp in your order will be individually labeled with the correct year, denomination, and official catalog number. These stamps are in Mint Never Hinged (MNH) condition, and are not mounted inside the holder.
