Description: 1980's Vintage James Galanos Dropped Waist Black and White Polka Dot Dress.This fully lined dress features a rounded neckline eye closure is missing),shoulder pads, long dolman sleeves with zippers (see photo) which is a feature of many Galanos dresses, and a dropped waist. The polka dot pattern on the top section of the dress is uniform while the lower portion is free form cluster pattern. The dress is fully lined with a maker's label present to the interior. There is no size label. Dresses in this same fabric pattern are silk but I want to clarify that there is no fabric label in the dress. Measurements are - 17.5" shoulders, 29.5" sleeve (center neck), 39" bust, 33" waist, 38" hip, 39" sweep, 38.5" length which falls in the Small/Medium range.Condition is very good. There are a few small pulled threads at the drop waist seam and barely discernible spot residue on front.
