It appeared in the Jan. 5, 1928 issue of a rare industrial magazine called the Manufacturers Record. The ad measures 8.5 x 12 inches in size, and is in fine condition. It is illustrated with a photo of the Rome Grader combined with an International McCormick-Deering tractor. It includes an extensive descriptive text, noting that the Rome machinery uses Timken bearings and Alemite lubrication, and closes by saying: This is a Grader for all around road work and for snow removal.
