It is from Rand McNally's New Household Atlas, published for the Chicago Weekly News, 1885, a facsimile copy of the title page is included for authenticity. It is not matted nor framed being sold as a single sheet as shown in the main pic. Overall, a very nice small map that would frame up well. Overall, a very beautiful map with nice rich color and an antique appearance that would frame up well! Size: The dimensions of the map area between the neat lines measures 8 1/2 by 10 1/4 inches on a page measuring 10 by 13" (25x33cm) Condition: The map is in Good to Very Good condition with very light tonal aging and darkening around the edges, text on reverse and a centerfold as issued. There is a slight bend on the bottom corners and a slight split at the bottom of the centerfold professionally repaired on reverse, otherwise the map image is very clean, see the pic for more on condition.
