We pick and pack orders on a daily basis during no peak periods so orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days depending on the time the order was placed. Shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location within Australia Deliveries in Australia are to be made to physical addresses or PO Boxes where possible. If delivery is unable to be completed at the nominated address, parcel will be returned to an Australia Post Office or other depot for collection. Home delivery is not guaranteed. Some larger items may be sent in the original carton that may picture or describe the item enclosed. Please be mindful of this if delivery is to be received by someone other than yourself. As we are a Bricks and Mortar store that sells to walk in customers, some items may be price marked with the retail price ticket. International shipping is not currently available via our online store. If you are seeking international delivery please call our store to enquire if these arrangements can be made. We note that Express Post is offered, this is not an overnight service. Please be aware that Express Post is still subject to our despatch time frames. However, we do treat Express as priority and aim to have your parcel despatched earlier if possible. Shipping method costs and times are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. In the event of a significant error in shipping or total calculations, we will contact you to advise of correct charges or cancel the order and issue a refund if necessary. Non Bulky Items - exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Bulky Items - Shipping costs for bulky items are not calculated in the shopping cart. Delivery is only available from Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm.
